About this space

Charming farm house style home in the heart of Lehi. The home is a 2 story duplex, but this part is all on one level. No stairs, not even at the front door.

Cute wrap around porch with chairs you can sit on and enjoy the fresh air.

The space

This is a duplex with my family living on the other side and the 2nd floor.

You have your own private entrance on the west side of the house. Use the gravel wrap around driveway to park near the front door. There is no smoking in the home, but ifvyou do have guests who smoke, there is a covered area with chairs on the porch for them.

Inside has a living room, eat in kitchen, a 3/4 bath, bedroom, 1/2 bath, and a laundry room. Please don’t use the backyard until we do landscaping.

Other things to note

The duplex has 1 furnace and Air Conditioner. The Ecobee smart Thermostat is on my side of the home. To change the temperature you can text me to adjust it for you or I can send you the link to control it from your phone.

Rebecca was quick to respond and informative in her messages, flexible as our expected stay needed adjusting, and very thoughtful and helpful with a late night arrival. Her place is lovely, quiet, pet friendly, and close to Main Street with access to a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Although the home is split between guests on one side and the residents on the other, both spaces are private and your space is respected.

Very cozy and convenient. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen huge. It is easy to find, and a great price. The layout is clean and easy to load and unload. For a traveler, packed tight, it is an easy stop. I appreciated the laundry, and convenience to all Lehi has to offer.

The stay was great, the construction out front really wasn’t an issue as when they were working it only last like 10 minutes. The place was cozy and clean and Rebecca was super responsive and helpful. One thing I didn’t like was she walked in the unit without prior permission (was to bring in a heater) she apologized and didn’t do it again but I didn’t like that. During my stay the heat was broke so it was really cold but hopefully it gets fixed so no one has to deal with that. Other than that the place was nice and I would stay again in future.

Rebecca's place was perfect for our weekend getaway with our two dogs! Rebecca was a wonderful host, very communicative and welcoming. There was construction on the street, but Rebecca sent us photos and gave excellent instructions on how to navigate it. The house is located right off a cute little main street in a nice neighborhood. We had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again if ever back in Lehi!

Great walkable neighborhood, lots of places to go with our fur kids and stretch their legs. We liked having a store, bakery, good restaurants/food options and lots of other shops within a few blocks; it was a nice area as we were renting the unit for an extended stay. There are foxtails in Utah Valley so just watch where you let your fur kids walk or make sure to check them when they come inside. Space was nice and well maintained, Rebecca was very responsive if we had any concerns. This is a shared walled unit (part of a duplex) and so we could hear the neighbors at times during the day. This was fine for us but if you have dogs or kids that get upset with outside noise just be aware. We would definitely consider staying again if we need place in Utah Valley.
