What should I do if the property is not like it was described on TheVakay?

  • If the property is different from the one shown in the listing, you should first contact the property owner. Complaints can often be resolved if they are aware.

  • Write a review for complaints about the description and experience not being the same. If you are unable to reach the property owner during your stay, please contact TheVakay Customer Service.
