Inside the property

• Surveillance devices are NOT ALLOWED inside of a property. Baby monitors are allowed.

Outside the home

• Security cameras and smart doorbells are allowed with these rules:

  • Surveillance devices are for security purposes.

  • Location and coverage of devices must be disclosed

  • Areas where guests need privacy such as poolside should not be monitored
