Login to your Account by clicking on Login on the top right navigation

Go to your Dashboard by clicking on your name and Dashboard

Click on Proof of Ownership on the left blue side

Fill out the form and upload the appropriate documents

W-9 Form 

Drivers License or Passport 

Proof of Rental Property Address: Utility bill with your name and rental property address

Click Submit
