What are the steps if the area I am visiting is under a travel advisory?

Contact the property owner if you have questions regarding the area's safety. They can best tell you if your reservation is affected, and work with you if the reservation needs to be cancelled, login to your account to cancel and to contact the owner.

  • You can send a message to the property owner directly from the property listing page:

    • Locate the listing

    • Click the Ask the Owner blue button on the right side of the page

    • This will take you to your Dashboard

    • If you are not logged in, you will be asked to login

    • In the message box, please write your message

    • Click on the blue button with the airplane to send your message
