Why is my payment not going through?

Issues that occur with credit cards:

  • Double check that you entered your credit card and billing information correctly, that your credit card is not expired, and that the charge does not exceed the credit card limit. Some banks restrict your ability to pay online or they block certain transactions for fraud protection. Please contact your bank after you have checked the above information and if you are still having problems.

  • Also, check to make sure that the dates you are trying to reserve are still open, or the reservation has not been cancelled by the owner.   

  • You may also consider trying a different search engine or clearing your cache and cookies before re-submitting a payment.
