Your rental rates can be the same amount for every night or you can change it to be a different amount for specific days or longer lengths of time.

• Login to your Account by clicking on Login on the top right navigation

• Go to your Dashboard by clicking on your name and Dashboard

• Select Rental Properties and click on Your Rental

• If you have more than one property, select the one you’d like to edit (click on the orange icon on the right to edit your Rental)

• Select Rates from the top blue bar

• Edit your nightly rates

• Click Save & Continue

• Or if you’d like to edit specific days or longer lengths of time, go to Availability from the top blue bar 

• Choose the day or period of time you’d like to edit, then set your rate

• Click Save & Continue

• Or if you’d like to bulk edit, click on the Bulk Edit button, then choose your dates and set your rate

• Click Save and close the window

• Click Save & Continue
