Located five miles north of Mora, Minnesota, and just one hour from the Twin Cities, our peaceful property can help you disconnect from the daily grind. At Eagle Ridge Lodge our cozy inn features more than 6,000 square feet of elegantly designed space and is perched on 160 acres of pristine terrain. Built in 2008 from a mix of new construction techniques and old-style log framing, we offer a handicapped accessible, upscale cabin experience just footsteps from all the beauty and recreation pastimes that Mother Nature has to offer.

From the serene river flowing directly through the property to the abundant trees and surrounding lakes, a visit to Eagle Ridge Lodge is more than a place to sleep, it’s an experience. Stay for the night, weekend or a full week – any season throughout the year. You’ll love being surrounded by nature, marking special moments in your life, and relaxing in our unique “home” away from home.

There are different rates for the week.

Notes

We also keep three or four vintage style snow mobiles around for people would like to drive them on our property they are available talked to Kent the owner.

4.8 "Family retreat"

This property was perfect for our family needs. The hot tub was connected to the house in a 3 season porch. So nice that the kids didn’t have to freeze in the windy snow. Fireplace inside was crazy and warmed the whole residence. Would love to return to see the outside once the snow has uncovered the possibly water fountain and outside grill area. We enjoyed the winter bikes, hot tub, beach theater and observation tower.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay up north. The property was great and even though it rained a good amount, the lodge made it easy to spread out inside and have a great time. Would recommend to any big group. Kent’s communication was great and very informative of the property. Will definitely be looking to stay again soon!

5.0 "Beautiful accommodations and setting!"

We loved the place. We were there for my son’s wedding. The ceremony & reception was up the road at Knife River Place. We used Eagle Ridge Lodge for the Groom’s Dinner and lodging for the bridal party. It was perfect. The Lodge is very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and then some. It is the perfect setup for entertaining. It was great for relaxing and decompressing after the wedding. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Fun little bunk rooms for kids! The surrounding grounds are beautiful. Our only regret was that we did not have time to fully use all of the amenities this place has to offer. This would be a great place for a family gathering, friends getaway, family party, bachelor party, a small wedding and so much more! If you are looking for a place to getaway from the craziness of the cities without a long drive, this is the place to go! Mora is still close so if you forget something you can still easily get it. Amazing place!!!!

Our group enjoyed our stay. The property is huge and quiet, the lodge is eccentric but clean, amazing architecture and perfect for a large group. Kent does live on the property next to the lodge but was very accommodating and responsive, and provided appropriate privacy. We recommend contacting Kent directly prior to arrival to get the lay of the land. A one of kind stay!

5.0 "A Hidden Gem"

I booked Eagle Ridge Lodge for my buddy's bachelor party and we had an absolute blast! Kent is a very friendly and welcoming host. The lodge is spacious with a lot of places to hangout and explore. We spent a lot of the time outside on the patio area, playing yard games and exploring the property. If you're looking for a golf getaway that is also affordable, this is a great spot. There are several fun golf courses within a 30 min drive of the lodge including Grand National at Grand Casino Hinckley. Stone's Throw and Spring Brook are 30 and 13 mins away, respectively, and offer a fun round of golf for about $40.
