This location is convenient to public transportation, shopping area, great choice of restaurants, etc. the suite is clean and have a good view. It’s quiet and I love the blackout curtain in the bedroom. The condo building is not as busy as some other condo in the downtown and I never experienced crowded lift not to mention a queue for it. Host provided detailed check in guide and the communication is always smooth. Highly recommended.

Very nice

We stayed at this AirBNB for 1 month during the winter for work related travel. The building is incredibly close to the majority of the downtown hospitals, literally next door to SickKids where I was working. Parking is included, but the unit is also very close to both the University and Young Street Subway Lines. A Shoppers Drug Mart is right next door. Groceries are very close, there is a fresh food organic market across the street, and a Farmboy, Metro and LCBO, a very short walk away in College Square. The Eaton Center is also only a few hundred meters away. This Condo is perfectly situated. The unit itself is a one bedroom one bath, but there is a very nice sofa bed, if you need the extra sleeping. Everything you may need is provided, including in unit laundry. The unit is not brand new, but it has some updates, and the furniture is very nice. The building has lots of amenities, unfortunately they were closed during our stay due to the provincial Covid Mandates. The nicest thing about the unit is the absolutely amazing view. You can see the lake over the building tops in the distance and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this AirBNB to anyone looking to stay near the hospitals, or anyone that wants to be downtown, the entire downtown core is very accessible from this building. This AirBNB provided everything we needed for our month stay and Carolyn was very quick to respond to any of our questions and requests.

Easy to deal with, responded quickly to any questions we had. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again if we ever had to come back to Toronto for a long period of time again.
