The three suites made for great fun for the grandchildren, children and grandparents. The spacious lake front property, the dock and the swimming raft all got plenty of use during our stay. “Our family has been a guest at Glen Lodge for over 20+ years. We have enjoyed all the units over the years. Each unit is fully equipped for a comfortable stay – if not ask and you shall receive! Ed and his family are more than accommodating at making sure your stay is enjoyable.
The location of the lodge is ideal. Just minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes as well as downtown Glen Arbor which are both easily accessible by car, foot or bicycles which are provided at the lodge.
The water is within steps from each unit. A floating dock is further out in the water which is used for sunbathing, resting or just taking a book to get away from it all! The lake can be enjoyed in the evening for outdoor dining, with grills and patio tables available in each unit. Later in the evening the fun continues at the large outdoor fire pit which is shared by all the units. Nothing better that some of the stories we have heard from Ed as well as a number of guests throughout the years!! Our children have had great childhood memories at Glen Lodge and now as adults as they have included their spouses in a fun week!
